Steps to Return or Exchange Product

  1. Contact us to return or exchange product via

Inform us on the following details:

  • You name and contact information
  • Your order / receipt number
  • Which items you’d like to exchange or refund
  • Which new item would you like to exchange for
  1. Present us with a copy of your receipt or invoice

Option 1: Ship your return or exchange item to our warehouse at Strong Waves Co., Ltd. 1066 Ramkamhaeng Soi 76, Ramkamhaeng Rd., Huamark, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand. We will contact you once we have received your items, and process the refund/exchange.

Option 2: Return/ or exchange the product by hand at our senada* flagship store at Siam Center 1st Fl, 989 Rama I Rd, Pathum Wan, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. We will process the refund/exchange with you immediately.

Qualification of Return or Exchange items

You can return for full refund or exchange your items within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item remains unused, has the price tag attached and same product code as the original product you ordered.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost for items returned or exchanged.

If you want to exchange for a different item, the price of both items must be the same as the price or higher at which you bought the original item. If you want to exchange for a higher priced item, you will have to pay the additional price difference.

If you want a different item-the item you want is sold under a different product code- then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead.

Products on sale of 70% or more are not eligible for refund. You can only exchange the products under the aforementioned conditions.

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

The refund process can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
